We do things differently
Healthcare shouldn’t feel rushed, transactional, or dictated by an insurance company. At Bonfire Women’s Wellness, you get longer visits, thoughtful conversations, and care built around your goals, not billing codes.
We look beyond symptoms and lab ranges to understand the whole picture: hormones, metabolism, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and the life you want to keep creating. This is wellness-focused medicine designed to help you feel better today while protecting your health, strength, and independence for decades to come.
No insurance hurdles. No ten-minute appointments. No being dismissed with “everything looks normal.”
Just evidence-based, deeply personalized care, and a provider who has the time to listen.
start here
Every new patient starts with comprehensive labs that cover hormones, metabolic health and general wellness.
Then you’ll meet with Nikki Kuehl, FNP for a 90 minute visit to review your history, goals, and treatment options.
$550
We deliver care in all-inclusive treatment plans that begin at $199/month with a six month minimum. This is to ensure continuity of care and the support that’s required to optimize your health.
While we don’t accept insurance, HSA and FSA plans are welcome.
To provide the highest quality care without limitations, our practice is intentionally cash-based. This allows us to spend more time with you, focus on your unique needs, and offer personalized treatment plans without the restrictions or delays of insurance.
Meet the Founder
Nikki Kuehl is a family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including seven years in primary care and advanced training in menopause, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and medical weight management.
She founded Bonfire Women’s Wellness after seeing too many smart, capable women rushed through appointments, dismissed when their labs appeared “normal,” or left to navigate midlife health changes on their own. She knew women deserved care that offered more time, better information, and real partnership.
For Nikki, this work is also deeply personal. At 46, she was abruptly thrown into medication-induced menopause. No one prepared her for the searing hot flashes that stole her sleep, the fatigue that made an ordinary workday feel impossible, or the painful inflammation that left her feeling disconnected from her own body.
So she did what she now helps her patients do: she asked harder questions, studied the evidence, and found a physician willing to listen and collaborate. With the right care, she reclaimed her energy, strength, and sense of self.
That experience sharpened her purpose: to make sure other women don’t have to struggle alone, or fight so hard to be taken seriously.
Today, Nikki combines clinical expertise, lived experience, and a whole-person approach to help women feel better now, understand their options, and build the foundation for a strong, vibrant future.
